Simon Luff

Simon is responsible for leading both our in-house M&E design team of Engineers and the delivery of our Energy Services technical solutions.  Simon has extensive knowledge of developing carbon reduction solutions for Estate buildings. His team of Electrical and Mechanical design engineers have been providing customers with Salix grant application support for capital expenditure projects for the last nine years.

Simon has technically led on the development of several building estate heat decarbonisation programmes where his heat pump design expertise has been successfully applied to A&E Hospitals, Commercial buildings, Schools , Museums, Libraries and Blue light organisations ( including Police building Estates).

Simon and his team have extensive experience of developing, installing, and improving district heat networks which provides cost effective low carbon heating and domestic hot water solutions.

Simon has served on several national committees including the Part L Building Control in Wales

As the M&E Project Director, Simon works closely with our key customers to provide innovative, cost effective and robust energy services solutions. Simon is passionate about Energy Performance Contracting and is keen to provide best value to our customers where his solutions are centred on providing both capital and the whole life services cost savings.
