As an Energy Services Company (ESCo), we thoroughly understand that climate change is one of the biggest challenges that the world faces. The consequences of climate change now include changing weather patterns, intense droughts, water scarcity, severe fires, rising sea levels, flooding, melting polar ice, catastrophic storms and declining biodiversity.
We are working with our customers by helping them achieve their ambitions of reaching Net Zero by 2030. Our proposed carbon reduction measures are always linked to long term cost reductions where we have specialised in this work for the last nine years.
Our Decarbonisation Solutions team helps the Public Sector transition to Net Zero by providing the design, installation, and the aftercare maintenance for a range of renewable energy solutions.
We provide capital grant application support and are currently in the process of designing District Heat Network Solutions and 2030 Net Zero plans for two Hospital Trusts that are Salix PSDS Phase 3 grant funded.
We’re extremely passionate about sustainability. Our work involves making changes to the built environment to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and ultimately their carbon emissions. We carry out deep energy refits of a building’s infrastructure to make significant savings in operating costs, whilst improving the working environment within these buildings.
Our in-house team can provide Heat Decarbonisation Plans, Thermographic Condition Survey Reports, and Site Energy Audits for either a single building, or an entire building estate which can include the following:
- The provision of a business case that helps our customers to gain access to both public sector grant funding and associated procurement frameworks.
- Energy Services Design solutions that reduce the carbon emissions, lowers operating costs, and improves the staff working environment within buildings.
- These solutions can be delivered via Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) where we would maintain and operate these assets, and hence guarantee the savings over the life of the EPC contract.
Our highly experienced decarbonisation team endeavor to thoroughly understand a client’s needs where we utilise our expertise in finance, project development, in-house engineering, and programme delivery, to build tailored solutions that deliver tangible benefits.
Our client base includes the NHS, Universities, Schools, Local Authorities, and Police Authorities.
