F P Hurley are currently on site delivering the mechanical services for the brand new police station with an 18-cell custody suite unit. The modern and sustainable building will provide excellent facilities to meet the needs of modern law enforcement and detainee wellbeing for Dyfed Powys Police. The 2 storey facility will provide 18 custody suites, office space, interview rooms and virtual courts and will house around 180 staff. The new custody suites will replace those in Llanelli and Ammanford.
The scope of works include air source heat pumps, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, domestic hot and cold water services, thermal insulation and BMS Controls.
